Annual Conference Sponsorships
Our annual IPCA conference is typically held in May during the week before Memorial Day. The following sponsorships are available:
- Bronze Sponsor - $800 - Sponsor gets their name and small logo on agenda, promotional materials and on the IPCA website.
- Silver Sponsor - $1,500 - Sponsor gets their name and medium logo on agenda, promotional material and on the IPCA website.
- Gold Sponsor - $3,500 - Sponsor gets their name and large logo on agenda, promotional materials and on the IPCA website.
- Platinum Sponsor - $10,000 - Sponsor gets premium content placement with expanded space in the exhibit hall.
- Welcome Reception - First Night Welcome Reception with the Chiefs
- All Attendee Lunch - Lunch in exhibit hall during vendor time - typically $3,500
- Training Room Sponsor - Sponsors training space for event - $2,500
- General Membership Luncheon Sponsor - Sponsors Membership Meeting Lunch - $1,500
- Hospitality Event Sponsor Night 2 - Second night hospitality event organized by sponsor - $1,000
- Hospitality Event Sponsor Night 3 - Third night hospitality event organized by sponsor - $1,000
- Awards Banquet Sponsor - Sponsors awards banquet with VIP (Attorney General, etc.) attendees - $3,500
- Vendor Display Fees
- $700 - Vendor Table in Exhibit Hall
- $100 additional per vehicle for vehicle displays
